End Power Bills & Power Outages
We're developing a quiet, non-polluting, permanent magnet power system we expect will free you from your electric bills, eliminate pollution, and nearly eliminate power outages.
Yes, Free Electricity may soon become a reality! For a limited time We are registering 1.6 million homeowners, but only in the 50 states of the USA and in Canada. Participation qualifies you to receive their electricity absolutely free, year after year
Free, safe, clean alternative power for life!
The equipment is expected to produce 30 kWh each and every hour 24/7, an average all electric home at peak demand will only use about 2 kWh of the 30 produced. ITEC plans to sell the excess electricity back to your local utility through your grid connection. If the grid goes down, not a problem for you, your lights stay on and your appliances (fridge, freezer, a/c, etc.) remain fully operational.
Major Benefits To You:
Uninterrupted power supply
Eliminate a major monthly expense (total electric bill)
Convert everything to electric for free heating, cooling, and hot water
Peace of mind (no rolling black outs)
Environmentally sound (no fossil fuel emissions)
Very minimal noise (like your existing a/c compressor)
Maintain your comfort level (dollars no longer dictate the thermostat setting)
All households registered with this program would receive an allotment of 26,000 kWh per year, that is just under 2,167 kilo watt hours per month. Check your power bill and you will discover that amount is more than adequate for the majority of homes. If you do have a rather large home and family, and you use more than the 26,000 kWh, any additional usage will be billed at the same price we sell power to the electric company. You will be paying wholesale for the amount that exceeds 26,000 kWh, not retail!

Q. Isn't "free electricity" technology impossible?
Q. What do you say to someone that says "free electricity" technology
is impossible?
When you ask a scientist whether or not it is possible to make free
energy, you are merely asking him or her whether or not he or she
knows how to do it. You should expect that the answer would be "No, it
is impossible". If they knew how to do it they would be doing it,
right? Of course it seems impossible to them. Just like the earth
seemed flat, flying seemed impossible, talking over great distances
over a wire seemed ridiculous, later talking without any wires at all
seemed ridiculous to people, even after they got used to doing it over
wires.
Everything that has not been done seems impossible to the experts
who have not done it. But, ask those smart guys the right question. Ask them, "If" a person conclusively demonstrated a permanent motor
that took only 400 watts of power from a set of batteries to run, and
they could measure an output from that motor of 2300 watts of
mechanical energy, could they imagine a way to use such a motor to
make free energy? State it as a hypothetical, and watch them tell you
that they could make free energy with it - if such a motor existed;
but there is no such motor, and a motor like that is impossible to
make.
Then ask them where they were between September 17th and November
15th of 1999. They could have come and done what no scientist in this
country did; they could have proven our motor was not doing what all
those who attended witnessed (and lots of people measured) it doing. How do you know this is a true statement? We were not arrested on that
tour. I am sure there would have been a lot of Attorney Generals who
would have been very appreciative of a person's advisor if they had
been able to show that what we claimed was not really happening! Any
purported scientist or "expert" who tells you that even if you had
that motor it would be impossible to make free energy is not very
astute. Dennis Lee will be glad to debate him or her anytime publicly!
Q. Why is it so hard for some people to accept the idea that "free
electricity" is possible?
Q. Isn't your offer of "free electricity" just another scam?
Q. What do you say to people that claim your just going to take the
money you make on selling the Public Awareness products and never
deliver "free electricity"?
Q. How does Dennis Lee respond to people and web sites that claim
what you are doing is a scam?
Q. If this technology is real, why haven't we heard about it all over
the media?
Q. Can I buy stock in UCSA?
Q. The registration certificate for "free electricity" is from
International Tesla Electric Company (ITEC). Who is ITEC?
Q. What are UCSA and BWT and how are they related?
Q. How is Promo Technologies related to UCSA?
Q. I would like to become a dealer. What should I do?
Q&A
If and when we are successful with our project, we will give you
26,000 kW of electricity for free each year in exchange for giving us
access to the grid to sell our power. That breaks down to about 3 kW
per hour, which is 50% more than the national average. Depending upon
how much electricity you use and what you currently pay for
electricity, 26,000 kWh of electricity per year could be worth
$1000-3000 per year.
We have not shown a completed unit to anyone But we have demonstrated
the major components to thousands of people. When we register *1.6 million people to receive free electricity, we will release the
technology. On the day we release the technology, we plan to
demonstrate it on hundreds of homes all across America and Canada. If
you register, you will be invited to see one of these live
demonstrations at a home near you that has been disconnected from the
electric grid. Our generators will be providing all the power for
these homes. Those who witness these demonstrations will have
absolutely no doubt that our technology works. After these initial
demonstrations, our plan is to put a generator on the home of each
person that has registered. We will pay for the manufacturing,
shipping, installation, and maintenance of the generators. The
equipment will be owned by our parent company (ITEC). *The home
generators will be installed in the order in which people registered.

At the Very Bottom Of this website there is a link to the online Membership Application To Sign up For Free Electricity
A. We don't mean in a physics sense that we are getting something for
nothing. But in an economic sense, anything that you get to use
something without paying for it, I call that free. That is what we
mean any time we use the term "free electricity". We are willing to
give you up to 26,000 kW (kilowatts) of electricity for free because
we are making our money by selling the power that you don't use back
through the grid. So we have a profit motive. We will be independent
power producers selling our electricity over the grid.
A. You will probably still be connected to the grid. So you will
appear to still be a customer of the electric company. However, if we
put a generator on your property, you will be sending power back to
them rather than taking it from them. In effect, the electric meter
will be running backwards. So, even though you would still be
connected, you would not owe them any money.
A. The generators will be installed by local licensed electricians.
The electrician will get any permits that are required.
A double throw switch will be installed in case of equipment downtime. If the generator should ever fail, you may switch back to your local electrical supplier. ITEC will even pay for your power usage until repairs on our power generator can be made.
A. The technology is based on permanent magnet motors. These magnets are no ordinary magnets. They themselves are revolutionary in design. The inherent energy they possess will be far greater than the energy it takes to start the motor. The motor will be started with an extreme long life battery, which will be included with the unit. The battery's charge will be maintained by the generator.
A. The average all electric home in America uses 2 kW per hour. The
26,000 kW per year is about 3 kW per hour. So we are giving you 50%
more than the national average usage. The peak demand for most homes
usually does not exceed 10-15 kW. Since the generator will produce 30
kW, peak demand will not be a problem. In fact, the transformer the
supplies electricity to your home is probably rated at 30 kVA
(kilovolt amps) which is the same thing that the generator will be
able to produce. Since the average usage for an all electric home is 2
kW and the generator products 30 kW, it actually produces enough
energy to service your average demand and 14 of your neighbors.
A. You may have to pay for the excess power that you use. However,
the rate would be the same as we charge the electric company. So you
would be buying your power at wholesale rates. That is bound to be a
better price than you are currently paying.
A. The generators will probably be installed on a pad outside your
house similar to the pad that an external air conditioner would sit
on.
A. The 30 kW Sundance Generator and Hummingbird motor combination
along with ancillary equipment will probably fit on a cement pad that
is three feet on each side.
A. The generator is quite and should not make any more noise than
your outside air conditioning unit makes.
A. Yes, we plan on having a safety enclosure around it.
A. Some people are worried about the harmful effects of high power
electric lines. The home generators will put out about the same energy
as the transformer than services your home can handle. So, it will
have no more harmful effects than the energy that is currently
available to your home.
A. No, in fact there is a federal law that was enacted in 1996 that
says anyone can be an independent power producer. Anyone can put a
generator (diesel, gas, wind, solar) on their house and the electric
company must buy back the excess power they produce. It's just that
most people don't do this because the costs of these systems is
prohibitive.
A. You will still receive "free electricity" if cases like this exist
when we release the technology. We will take the unit that would have
gone on your house and group it with other units from people who are
in the same situation. We will then put these units on commercial
businesses to supply their electricity needs. If they won't allow us
to connect to the grid in these states, then these commercial
customers would get all their electricity from us. Then we will take
some of the revenue that we make from this commercial electricity
sales and pay your electricity bill (up to 26,000 kW per year). This
would satisfy our agreement with you that is stated on the
"Registration for a Free Electricity Generator for a Residence".
A. Yes. We have the ability to send electricity through the air
without using any wires. We demonstrated this in our 7/15/2000
technology show. In cases like this, we would put a generator on your
site and still get your excess power back to the grid or other
neighbor to sell the excess.
A. There are two compelling reasons to sign up before the technology
comes out. First, people will be given "free electricity" in the order
in which the sign up. So the sooner you sign up, the earlier you will
get it. Second, the price is now very cheap to sign up ($7, $10, $15
or $100 - see No Electricity Bills for details). Once the technology
ships, the price to sign up may go up to a $1000 or more. So a small
risk today could pay big dividends in the future. After all, $7 to $15
is less than most people spend for dinner and a movie. Yet most people
spend over $1000 per year on electricity.
A. No, UCSA will always own the equipment. We will pay for the
maintenance and upkeep. But it should not matter as you will get the
use of the equipment for free.
A. Yes, but you have to have the permission of the home owner.
A. Yes, you can register under the same name with a separate
registration for each rent house address.
A. No, the only means of making money we have from this project is to
sell the excess power commercially over the grid. Each home unit will
produce as much energy as the typical transformer that services a home
can handle. We would not be able to send any of the power from the
second unit back over the grid. So we cannot permit more than one home
unit per address.
A. Yes, so long as each apartment has a separate electric meter and
you get permission from the landlord. Each resident can sign up
separately. We will only be able to install the number of units on the
apartment building that the transformers can handle. But, no matter
how many units we install you will be your electricity for free. If we
can't install a unit for you, the unit you would have gotten will be
installed elsewhere and we will use some of the revenue it generates
to pay your electric bill (up to 26,000 kW hours per year).
A. Yes, so long as there is an independent electric meter for the
home.
A. If you sign up under your own name and/or the husband's and wife's
name, the answer is no.
If you sign up one side under your name and the resident of the
other side signs up under their name, then the answer is yes. In this
case, the residents of both sides will get their electricity for free.
However, we can only install one unit. The 2nd unit will be installed
somewhere else and some of the revenue will be used to pay the
electric bill (up to 26,000 kW hours per year) of the individual that
didn't get a unit.
A. No. The only way we have to make money with this project is to
sell the power that you don't use back through the electric grid.
Since travel trailers move regularly, it would not be practical to
install a unit.
A. Yes, homeowners of mobile homes may register so long as the mobile
home stays in one place.
If you live in a mobile home park, every homeowner can register.
We will install as many units as the transformers for the park can
handle. Those who don't actually get a unit installed will still get
their electric bill paid (up to 26,000 kW hours per year). We will
take the unit that they would have gotten, install it somewhere else
and use some of the revenue from it to pay the electric bill.
If you own a mobile home park, you can sign up for the park but
only for as many units as we can install. If you have a 120 kVA
transformer, you could sign up 4 times (four 30 kW generators would
meet the capacity of the transformer). You would need to submit a
separate application with a different install address on each
application but you could use the same name and mailing address.
A. Yes, you can register your church for one unit. The church can be
any religious worship center (church, synagogue, mosque, temple,
etc.).
A. No. We are not registering commercial customers at this time. We
may have a program in the future for commercial users. Say tuned to
this web site for late breaking news.
A. Yes. This normally happens in rural area where there are no power
lines near by. In cases such as this, we will attempt to sell power to
the neighbors around you that are also not connected to the grid. We
have a technology that allows us to move power through the air without
using power lines. This is a technology that was invented by Nicola
Tesla in the late 1800s. We know how to use this technology and we
demonstrate this on the 2 hour video available on this site.
A. First of all, it is very unlikely that the equipment will break
down completely. The thing that usually fails on a generator are the
windings. As a generator is used, the windings heat up and will
eventually will break. With most generators, when the windings break
the entire unit is usually replaced. But the Sundance generator has
the windings in 30 separate modules. If one module breaks, the
generator will continue to produce plenty of power for your home. The
broken module can be replaced while the generator continues to produce
power.
Secondly, in the event of a complete equipment failure, you will still
be connected to the grid and you will still have power available. If
the generator fails, you will have to call ITEC (International Tesla
Electric Company, the UCSA subsidiary that will operate the electric
business). They will send someone to repair the equipment. We will
have an incentive to repair it quickly since we don't make any money
while the unit is broken. UCSA will also pay for the electricity you
use from the electric company while our equipment was in operative.
A. UCSA needs to know about any change of address that has occurred
since you signed up for "free electricity". If they don't know about
the change, they will not be able to locate you to install your "free
electricity" generator. To notify us of the change, send us a letter
with the new contact information and $1. The contact information
should include: name, installation address, mailing address (if
different), home phone number, work phone number. We will change our
records and forward the information to UCSA along with the dollar.
UCSA requires the dollar to cover their administrative costs for the
address change. UCSA will send you a new Letter of Confirmation for
the new address. If the $1 is not included, the address change will
not be processed.
A. Yes, but UCSA would have to be kept fully informed. You would also
have to pay the expense of having it uninstalled, shipped and
reinstalled.
A. Yes, if you should pass away (we pray that this will not happen),
your heirs can have the registration passed to them. They would need
to send a letter to us containing the heir's name, address, etc. and
they must include a copy of the death certificate. We will pass this
information on to UCSA who will register the heir in place of the
deceased. There will be no charge for making this change.
A. This is perhaps the most frequently asked question and the most
difficult to answer with any precision. At this point, it appears that
most, if not all, technical issues for the home units have been
resolved. UCSA plans to begin shipping the home units when we have 1.6
million people signed up to receive "free electricity". We are not
sure how long it will take all the UCSA dealers to sign this many
people up, but we hope it can be done within a year. This timeframe is
our best estimate based upon current progress and it is not a
commitment to a date.
A. Dennis Lee (head of UCSA) has written a book called "The
Alternative". In the book, he describes resistance that he and the
"free electricity" project have received since we began our efforts in
the late 1980s. Back then, Dennis had the first "free electricity"
technology ready and he demonstrated it for a group of 600 people.
Shortly thereafter, local law enforcement officials raided his
headquarters and took all the technology and all the records
(technology and financial). Then a long legal battle began that was
also part of the harassment by "the powers that be". Dennis realized
that he had made tragic mistake. He had announced that the technology
was ready without having public support to overcome resistance by
those who profit from the current methods of generating electricity.
We do not plan to make this same mistake again. He will not release
the technology until we have a base of support in place. We want 1.6
million people signed up who know about our technology and have an
interest in seeing it come out.
A. No. There are people and groups out there that are trying to stop
us. We continually receive harassment from these groups. We don't want
to let them know where we are in our efforts.
A. California's power problems have been in the news a lot lately.
Some of you may think that these problems are the perfect window of
opportunity for us to come out with our technology. You may think that
if we did release the technology now that we would be heroes. We do
not think that is what would happen. We think that there may, in fact,
be no power shortage in California. If we are right, then we would not
be welcomed with open arms as you believe. So we will stick to our
guns and only release the technology once we have 1.6 million people
signed up.
Let me explain. As you know, California's legislature passed an
energy deregulation law a while back. What the law did was separate
power producers (operate power plants) from power distributors (supply
power to end customers). The price producers can charge was not
regulated but the price the distributors can charge remained
regulated. The producers began to jack up their prices while the
distributors could not. Several distributors appear to be in financial
trouble as a result of this scheme.
Many people are bad mouthing the "greedy" power producers and
saying that this proves that free market ideas do not work. But let's
analyze this situation. The power producers have a perishable product
(you cannot store electricity) which must be used when it is created.
The producers have a limited and captive market (the distributors) for
their product. The producers know that they cannot charge the
distributors more for the power than the distributors can sell it for.
The producers know that if they did this it would bankrupt their
limited customer base (the distributors). The producers are not so
foolish as to bankrupt their only customers because they know that
soon they too would be in financial trouble.
We think there is another agenda at work here. We think the real
agenda is to call for additional legislation to regulate the price the
producers can charge. Also we believe that we may be the main
motivation of this scheme.
A few years ago, the most expensive part of electricity was
producing it. The cost to distribute power was lower than the cost to
produce it. Now the electric companies want us to think that
distribution is the most expensive element. The reason that this shift
has occurred is at least partially due to the national electric grid
system. Power can now be produced in one part of the country and sold
in another part. Every company that owns a piece of the grid between
the production site and the point of consumption is paid Transmission
and Distribution ("T&D") fees to move the power.
This has created a system where power can be produced in out of
the way places that are often near coal mines. Many of these locations
are sparsely populated and so the people in these locations care more
about the jobs that the mines and power plants create than they care
about the environmental impact of these businesses. As the power is
moved from the production site to the point of consumption, the prices
go up due to multiple T&D charges being added by each company that
helps move the power. This results in high electric rates in places
like New York, San Diego and Chicago. But it also creates a golden
opportunity for us. We can come to these places and produce the power
right where it is used while not polluting the environment and
undercutting the prices currently being charge. We can charge a
premium and still undercut the current suppliers because we have no
ongoing operating costs.
California leads the nation in many new trends. The opposition
believes that if they can get legislation to put a cap on the
producer's prices then they will close a door that is currently open
to us. They believe they will be able to more easily control our
growth and our profits. If they are doing this to cramp our style,
then we are not at all concerned. We believe we are in the drivers
seat because we have a huge technical advantage that allows us to
produce the power with no operating cost. There are other reasons why
we remain confident that we are not permitted to discuss.
A. We currently plan on installing as many as 400 home units all
across America on the same day. All 1.6 million people who have been
registered will be invited to see one of these units working. At that
point, all of them will KNOW that the technology works. Each of them
will also be invited to sign up 9 of their friends and/or family
members at a cost at a cost of perhaps $1000 or more. This will get an
additional 14.4 million people registered. We expect that these
additional people will be registered very quickly. This would mean
that a total of 16 million people will be registered. Once 16 million
have been registered, no additional people registrations will be
accepted.
A. It is very difficult to answer this question directly. The answer
depends upon a lot of factors including: when we start manufacturing,
how many units can manufacture in a given period of time, our ability
to get the components we need to manufacture the units. Many of these
factors are outside of our control. The one factor that is under your
control is when you sign up. The units will be delivered on a first
come, first served bases. The people who sign up early will get units
before those who sign up later.
A. We plan to use conventional loans from financial institutions to
finance the manufacturing. The collateral for these loans would be our
rather large anticipated cash flow from electricity sales. We also
have a plan that will cover our needs just in case we cannot rely on
these sources. We feel this backup plan is a very practical and
reasonable. We will charge a registration fee of $1000 or more for
those who sign up after the first 1.6 million people are registered.
We plan to register an additional 14.4 million people using this fee.
Those who pay this fee will provide all the funding to build the
generators for the initial 1.6 million "witnesses". The cash flow
from electricity sales from the initial 1.6 million units can support
a five year plan, to produce a total of 16 million units, with no
outside loans at all, if necessary.
A. We currently have 200 companies that want to manufacture "free
electricity" technology. In addition to this, each of the 2000 UCSA
dealers has the right to become an manufacturer for any of UCSA's
products. We expect that manufacturing 16 million units will create a
lot of jobs in a lot of companies.
A. Yes. In fact we believe that this is the most difficult problem
that we may face. The groups that currently produce power in this
country represent a very powerful political force. Many public
officials are beholding to these groups. To overcome this force will
be difficult. However, we believe that we can form our own grass roots
support base by signing lots of people up to receive "free
electricity". We are very busy signing people up all across America.
We plan to sign up 1.6 million people before we begin to release the
home units. We believe this will give us the support base we may
need.
A. No, not the way a scientist would mean it. My dictionary defines
perpetual motion as "the hypothetical continuous operation of an
isolated mechanical device or other closed system without a sustaining
energy source". Based upon this kind of definition, most people
believe that perpetual motion is impossible. My dictionary defines
perpetual as "1. lasting for eternity, 2. lasting for an indefinitely
long duration". We don't know if anything lasts for eternity since we
have not gotten to the end of eternity yet (as if we ever will). But,
we do expect our Hummingbird motor and Sundance generator to meet this
second definition, run for an "indefinitely long duration". We (and I
suspect you) are not so concerned about eternity as we are concerned
at this point about what happens while we are alive on this earth. It
is obvious from nature that as long as you have a perpetual (long
running) energy supply that perpetual energy (long running) is
possible. For example, our sun has certainly been shinning bright for
a long time and we expect it to continue to do so for a long time in
the future. Gravity is another force that seems to still be working.
Permanent magnets also seem to work for a long time. None of these may
be perpetual motion in the strict scientific sense but from a
practical standpoint they are perpetual. We are using very powerful
permanent magnets in the both the motor and generator. Did you every
wonder what makes a permanent magnet stick to your refrigerator? How
long will the permanent magnet stick to the refrigerator? Won't it
stick up there permanently or at least a very long time? The best
scientists cannot fully explain why this happens. We are saying that
we have figured out how to harness some of the energy in permanent
magnets. And we are saying that we have a combination of technologies
that will run for a long time in a closed loop (no outside energy) It doesn't even need no Gasoline or Oil or any maintenance whatsoever.
A. No, we are not claiming this. We are saying that we are getting
more energy out of the Hummingbird motor than electricity that is put
into it. We are also saying that current measurement technology is
inadequate to measure all the energy that is coming from the permanent
magnets in the motor. No one knows how to fully measure the energy
output by a permanent magnets. We can measure the strength of magnets
but not how much energy they give up. It is obvious that the permanent
magnets must be giving up energy but it is not obvious why their
source of power seems to be renewable.
A. We are not releasing the details on our permanent magnet motor at
this time. However, There are a number of site on the web where you
can find out about similar technologies. If you review these, you will
discover that many people have been working motors similar to the
Hummingbird. Here are the links (we apologize in advance if any of

A. Well, people have been saying that all kinds of things were
impossible that we now know are quite possible. Think about the things
that we take for granted that 100 to 200 years ago would have seemed
impossible. This list would certainly include television, radio,
VCRs, automobiles, airplanes, space travel, lasers, atomic energy,
atomic bombs, internal combustion engines. This list could go on for
pages. Even the Wright brothers flew their airplane for five years
before the media would pay any attention to them. For further insight
you might want to read some famous quotes about what was considered
impossible.
Allow me to share some of my own world view. The word of God says
that "all things are possible with Him". I believe this statement is
true. Dennis Lee has talked with hundreds of inventors about where
their ideas came from. All of them say in their own way that the idea
just came to them and most don't know where from. They often describe
it as a flash of insight. I believe that God holds all knowledge. I
also believe that God is the creator of all that exists, and that He
knows how everything works. I believe that God is the One that reveals
to inventors new inventions and ideas. I believe His motive is to
bless man while he is on the earth because he is loving and gracious.
A. Many people do not think for themselves. We are accustomed to
accepting "sound bite" answers and platitudes and never questioning
them. For example, one that we've all heard, "if it sounds too good to
be true then it probably isn't true". This is the first thought that
many people have when they hear what we are offering. They usually
cease all independent thought once they have the thought. They never
stop to think that many of the modern conveniences we take for granted
today seemed impossible just 100 to 200 years ago. Another common
thought that people have is "that's impossible". They never stop to
think that in order to know for sure that something is impossible
implies that you have all knowledge. If you don't have all knowledge
(an I don't know any human that does), then you can't say for sure
that something is impossible.
So before someone dismisses "free electricity" as "impossible" or
"too good to be true", I would encourage them to look at the evidence
we offer (on this web site, and in our Public Awareness products).
They should put their brain in gear and weigh the evidence that is
available. Then they can make a decision for themselves. If they wait
until everyone has a home unit or until the media tells them it is OK,
they may miss out on a great opportunity. The future belongs to those
who see an opportunity before it is obvious to everyone else.
A. No. We are honest people attempting to do the impossible (at least
what the scientists have said is impossible). Some people say that
since we have been working on this problem for such a time and haven't
manufactured a "free electricity" machine yet that it must be a scam.
It's true that we have been working on the problem of "free
electricity" since 1987. Because we are trying to do the impossible,
it might take a little longer than we originally thought. How long has
Jerry Lewis been raising money to cure Muscular Dystrophy? Jerry has
raised hundreds of millions of dollars for research (far more than we
have had available). They haven't cured the disease yet but no one
calls them a scam. The same thing could be said for the National
Cancer Society and lots of other organizations that are working on
hard problems.
UCSA has done two national tours, in 1996 and 1999, in which we
demonstrated our technologies. On the 1996 tour we invited all the
major public officials in Washington, D.C. If we were trying to run a
scam we certainly would not have done the show in Washington.
We announced the 1999 tour in a full page ad on Friday 9/17/99 in
"USA Today" on page 15A announcing the tour. The ad gave the dates and
locations of every tour stop. The ad invited anyone to "bring your own
test meters and measure the devices for yourself". At each show,
people were invited to run tests on our measurements using their own
equipment. Not once during the entire tour did anyone prove that the
efficiencies we demonstrated was a fraud. These are not the actions of
people who are trying to conduct a scam.
Dennis Lee was also invited to speak before the Kansas house and
senate Energy Committee on February 7, 2001. It seems highly unlikely
that a con artist would be invited to make such a speech. Dennis
shared his speech, the reaction of the Kansas legislators and his
comments about the experience on his February 17 radio show. You can
listen to the archive of this radio show. We also have a copy of the
speech on this web site.
For a more complete answer to this issue, you can read an article
written by Dennis Lee in answer to the assertion that this must be a
scam.
A. Before becoming a UCSA dealer, I was a partner in a software
consulting company that had as many as 25 consultants working for us.
I made a very good living from that business. We I bought my
dealership, I bought it with an eye to the future. I knew that once we
began to deliver "free electricity" the dealership would earn a great
deal of money each year. The amount of money that we earn from selling
the information products (Public Awareness Kit, etc), is just to
little money to a motivating factor. If money were my sole motivation,
I could make more by going back to consulting in the short term. If
people think we are making a fortune by selling these products then
they are just plain wrong. But we keep going forward with an eye to
the future. We are also motivated by the idea of bringing out "free
electricity" and many other technologies that will greatly benefit
mankind. But "free electricity" alone would be enough motivation.
Imagine a world where there were no coal/natural gas/oil/nuclear power
plants to pollute the environment. All electric power can be produced
without polluting the environment at all. Also imagine a world where
all our cars were powered by an electric motor that did not pollute
the environment. Don't get me wrong. I'm not an environment whacko, a
tree hugger or a worshipper of "mother earth". But if there is a
technology that can solve some of our pollution problems then I think
we should use it.
A. One of the unfortunate things about the internet is that anyone
can say virtually anything on a web site. Most people take whatever
they read on the web as if it were absolutely true. In actual fact,
most if not all of what has been published on the web about Dennis Lee
and UCSA are lies. The UCSA web site has a page where Dennis Lee has a
recorded message that answers the critics. There is one web site in
particular that has been very critical. There is a article on this web
site that does a wonderful job of answering this critic. In addition
to all this, Dennis Lee plans to spend some time each week on his
weekly radio show answering the charges made by our critics. If you
can't catch the show live, you can listen to the show archives.
A. That's a great question and we wonder the same thing. But the sad
truth is that the media has had many opportunities to report on what
we are doing. Rarely do they take us up on an offer to honestly report
on what we are doing. When they do report on what we are doing, they
always give an biased report that ends up making it sound as if we are
crooks who are trying to rip people off. To illustrate this point, let
me tell you about a story that Good Morning America did on us in
November of 1999. UCSA did a national tour with stops in 47 cities in
1999 where we demonstrated some of our technologies. Out of that tour,
Good Morning America did one story on us and they implied that we were
con artists. The interviewed a scientist that said what we were doing
was impossible but there is no evidence to indicate that the scientist
every came to one of our shows. We offered to let people bring their
own test equipment at every show to prove that our measurements of the
input and output of the Hummingbird motor were false. No one every
proved that we were lying. The Good Morning America segment never
mentioned this fact. You can draw your on conclusions about the
reasons for this. But let me share my view (although you may think it
a little paranoid). According to an article put out by Sentinel of
Freedom (in Reno Nevada) in October 1997, just four companies control
the vast majority of print and broadcast media: General Electric,
Westinghouse, Time Warner, and Disney/Cap Cities. Two of these
companies, General Electric and Westinghouse, have all the contracts
to build huge turbines and generators for all the new power plants
that would be built and to maintain the existing ones. The last thing
they want is to see the end of large, central power plants. Plus, all
of the media outlets have to be concerned about their advertisers.
These might include power producers, electric utilities, petroleum
companies, coal companies, etc. There is a lot of interconnection
between these companies and they help keep the status quo. For
example, I've been told that GE (the largest manufacturer of electric
motors in the US) has a representative on the board of directors of
every electric utility in the nation. [I have not been able to confirm
this so if you have any information, I would like to hear your
feedback.] These self interest groups have a big stake in continuing
to make huge profits from the current system of energy production. If
the media was to tell you that there was a viable alternative, we
would get lots of support that would allow us to bring out the
alternative more quickly. This would kill their cash cow more quickly.
Political conservatives have often lamented the fact that conservative
ideas rarely get a fair representation in America. I believe that this
situation is no different.
A. No, UCSA is a privately held company and no stock is available for
sale. There are only three ways to financially benefit from our "free
electricity" technology. First, you can sign up to receive "free
electricity". Second, you can
purchase a dealership for your self, see Dealership Opportunities for
details.
A. ITEC is a division of UCSA that will operate the electric energy
business.
A. UCSA (United Community Services of America) is a marketing
company and BWT (Better World Technologies) is a research company. BWT
has an exclusive agreement with UCSA that allows UCSA to be the only
company that can market the discoveries that come from BWT's research.
UCSA has 2000 dealerships that have the exclusive right to market the
products that UCSA offers. UCSA does not sell the products directly to
the public nor does it deal with the public directly. Only dealers can
market UCSA's products (including "free electricity"). Dennis Lee is
the head of both companies and both companies are privately held
corporations. There are two logos on the home page for this web site
are the logos for UCSA and BWT.
A. Promo Technologies is one of the 2000 UCSA dealers.
A. There are 2000 UCSA dealerships and there will never be 2001. All
of the dealership are owned by someone but some people own multiple
dealerships. The only way a dealership can be bought at this point is
via a bid process. Contact us and we will help you through this
process and answer any questions you may have. You can also see
Dealership Opportunities for more details
Please Note!!! That the picture Of the Power Generator is a Demo Unit, But the Actual Unit will be different.
This picture shows the Sundance generator and a 50 horsepower Hummingbird motor and is probably what a home generator unit may look like without the safety enclosure on it. This version of the generator is about 36" high and about 12" thick. Most generators must run at about 1,800 RPM. The Sundance generator can produce 30 kilowatts per hour when it is driven at normal speeds. The Sundance generator is unique in that it can vary the speed and still produce power at speeds as low as 350 RPM.
The Hummingbird motor shown above is the most efficient motor known to exist anywhere in the world. It has been measured to produce many times more output in mechanical energy than input used from the DC battery. We plan on using some of the output power to keep the battery system fully charged at all times. We are not claiming to violate the physics laws of conservation of energy. However, we are saying that there is a lot that science doesn't know about permanent magnets and that we are harnessing the power of permanent magnets in this motor and generator to produce Free Energy without any consumable fuel source being required. The Hummingbird motor and Sundance Generator both use energy from powerful permanent magnets.
The Sundance generator shown contains 30 modules, 15 on the front and 15 on the back. Each modules contain two windings. When the windings on a traditional generator fail the generator is usually discarded. When one of the windings on the Sundance Generator fails, it can be replaced while the generator is still running and producing power. The Sundance generator is the most advanced and maintainable generator in the world. The next few pages will help you understand this technology and demonstrate how easy it is to replace a module in the Sundance generator.

This picture shows a close up one of the modules on the Sundance generator. Each module contains two windings and produces 1 kWh electricity. The expected life of each module is 20 years. The production version of the module will probably contain an LED which will light up when a winding goes bad. Then that module is simply replaced. Notice that it is mounted to the generator with two bolts. The production version will probably use wing nuts so that they can be changed out without using any tools. Also notice the black handles are used to pull out the old module and plug in a new one.

The module is being removed by pulling on the two black handles. The generator can be running while the module is being removed and replaced. Notice that the module is being removed with bare hands in complete safety without wearing any insulating gloves.
